BMW M35080 Chip
Description: The M35080 Eeprom is fitted in all new BMW Vehicles from mid 2000. Also including Opel, Vauxhall, Range Rover/Sport, Discovery etc. These Eeproms have been specifically designed to stop tampering, therefore the data stored will only increment, they will not decrement. We supply software for programming such Eeproms with the correct value, the software also programs the data from the old Eeprom to the new in order to keep original setting correct.. If programming the Dashboard that holds the M35080 Eeprom, you also need to program the Headlamp Control Unit and EWS. (Programming the EWS will also program the Ignition Key too, including all other keys from the same vehicle) Please note that these new M35080 eeproms (Supplied 2008) have been fixed by the manufacturer, that is they cannot be erased without specialist equipment. If your using a programmer other than a CDH unit, then your programmer is copying the Incremental registers too. The first 32 bits of Eeprom address &h0 - &h1F are protected from being lowered. If using a Programmer other than CDH s, then once you have copied the original data from the old Eeprom, erase the first two lines of address &h0 - &h1F with all 00s within the saved file. Then program the new Eeprom supplied by CDH with the new data
Now use your dashboard programmer to program the required value
