1. Run "STAR Utilities". 2. Click "StarKey manager". 3. Select "XENTRY Diagnostics" from drop down list. 4. Copy "HW-ID" and "AppID" and send them to me by email. 5. We will generate the "Start key" for you. 6. Paste the key to the text box marked with red circle. 7. Click "Save" button to activate Xentry software on your computer.
